Very helpful counselling sessions

Seeking counselling for issues I don't want to go into here, was so hard for someone like me to do. But I was so happy with the quality of treatment from the counsellor I saw at Bayside Psychotherapy. It took several sessions for me to relax but I found the process life changing and would highly recommend him anyone who is serious about change. It was well worth the work.
