Bayside Physio and Pilates (formerly Bayside Manipulative Physiotherapy) has been serving the Glenelg community since 1980. The clinic is recognised as providing quality, individualised physiotherapy and Pilates exercise management for all ages of clients and all types of muscle and joint problems. We offer appointments through the day including early morning and early evening. We are conveniently open Saturday mornings. Parking is readily available on Byron Street and Anzac Highway. We offer a wide range of physiotherapy management techniques including:

-Stretching and strengthening programs; -Exercise classes on Pilates equipment; - Hands on treatment, including joint mobilisation, manipulation and soft tissue massage; -Acupuncture; -Dry needling; -Advice and educational handouts on a variety of muscle and joint conditions.
