Students taking part in STC’s professional barista course will be trained in various areas, including:

Professionally frothing milk
Making espresso, including correct grinding and dosing
Creating up 12 different types of café style coffee
Using different types of milk when making coffee
Cleaning and maintenance of coffee machines and other equipment

Our barista training course gives you the coffee knowledge and practical hands-on experience you’ll need to launch your barista career path. That’s why we deliberately keep our classes small to guarantee all our clients a fully immersive training experience. So, the result is that you’ll get to practice and experiment with all the different elements of coffee grinders and espresso coffee machines.
