The building process itself was quite smooth however after you put through the final payment, they simply disappear. I've been chasing them up for almost 6 months to fix the following; a) A leaking and loudly rattling tin roof. It’s so loud that during any windy night, my partner and I have to sleep in the study. b) Ugly paint bubbles and water stains on my master bedroom roof, approximately 1 meter wide. c) A fault water unit on the roof. They put in a temporary bypass 3 months ago and have not returned to actually fix the problem. We now have a water supply that bounces between hold and cold every minute or so. d) Water stains on my 2nd bedroom wall. The pain is now bubbling up and breaking off all over my carpet. They have simply ignored requests for help and occasionally reply saying they apologize. Absolutely useless and I have even escalated to the managing director of the company whom is equally useless, apologizes and the just refers me back to the people whom have already ignored me. I am now taking them to Victorian Consumer Affairs. Be cautious with builders and I highly recommend you avoid Nostra in any and every way.
