Really bad service

I complained about the wait times and was told no one could speak to me about it. I received a call the next day from someone saying they didn't want me back as a patient as they didn't like the tone of my complaint.
A really bad experience

I tried my best to be patient over the two visits I had and on each ocassion I was horribly let down.
The doctors seem to just have too much on their plate and whether it's stress (or choice?), they are quite abrupt and insensitive.
I'll be finding somewhere else.
