Baldocks was established in 1934 as R. Baldock & Co., supplying products exclusively to the floristry and plant nursery communities in South Australia. Over the past three-quarters of a century the product base has expanded to supply a much larger range to a more diverse customer base. These include gift shops, craft suppliers, window shop display specialists, cake decorators, and newsagents, pharmacies and other small retailers. Through demand and extensive product range we have also opened our doors to retail customers. We travel nationally and internationally to pick up on the latest trends and update our product range, on top of the traditional stock our customers want. Our sales representatives call in regularly on our wholesale customers in the metropolitan area and in country South Australia, and this face-to-face contact is followed up with an efficient delivery service.
