Back on Track Fitness is a state-of-the-art fitness facility based in Hoppers Crossing, Victoria and was set up in 2014 by expert trainer Brydon Coles. Brydon’s passion for the for the fitness industry has spanned over the past 8years and he has been fortunate enough to help 100’s of people get their lives Back on Track.
“Having been a personal trainer for nearly a decade, I was getting frustrated at the limiting opportunities presented at the mainstream gyms for my member’s. Factors such as limited equipment, limited space to conduct the sessions the way I wanted as well as other intimating members. I believed I could set up a better training environment for my clients to better fast track their results and start up a community of success”
At Back on Track Fitness we deliver high class, high intensity Personal Training programs to our members, who are mainly between the ages of 30-50yrs and have young children. We are results orientated and strive to get the most out of our clients. Our services include semi-private 6-on-1 sessions and Boot Camp style sessions. All our training aims to match people up of similar abilities and goals, while in a competitive environment that will push you to get the most out of yourself. I have found that when set up with similar abilities and goals, adherence to exercise greatly improves due to the social aspect as well as the good workout. We specialize in HIIT and CV development, while monthly goal setting and measurements help keep everyone on track. Optional extra sessions such as Stretch, Circuit Training, Specific Weights Sessions and Boxing will be offered. Currently, there is no such facility around the offers services specifically for this age group of people.
