We specialise in custom made products, including point of sale displays, made from rigid sheet plastics such as Acrylic (Perspex), Polycarbonate, PETG, PVC, Polypropylene, Polyethylene, ABS, HIPS. History Our company is a pioneer in plastic fabrication and thermoforming . It was established in 1961 and soon gained a reputation for high quality workmanship, state of the art plastic fabrication and thermo forming. This has continued and expanded into laser cutting, CNC-cutting and vacuum forming under the new ownership (Rudi Ringger 1987) and is still the main focus point. Laser-marking and engraving CNC- profile-machining sheets up to 3.6m x 2.1 m Beam-saw cutting from 0.2-60mm thick up to 3 m x 4 m Diamond-edge polishing up to 80mm thick and 2.5 m long Bending up to 3.6m long any thickness Thermo forming up to 3.2m x 3.2m any thickness Vacuum-forming up to 1.2m x 1.2m Blow-moulding Gluing Laminating clear on clear bubble free Hot-air welding Polishing Creating any shapes imaginable.
