Ayurveda – the science of life, is the origin of most forms of natural and complementary medicine. It is first mentioned in one of the oldest philosophical texts of the world, the Rig Veda.

Ayurveda emphasises preventative and healing therapies, along with methods for purification and rejuvenation of the body, mind and soul.
As a qualified Naturopath I have studied and specialised in Ayurveda since 2001.
In this time I have helped many people overcome painful debilitating conditions which were affecting their daily lives.
I work with my clients to bring relief and resolution of symptoms and discomfort in the following areas:
