**WARNING**** Do not buy anything through Autumn Solar if you are in Sydney. Once you are out of warranty and need anything fix they WILL NOT come back to help. I've been chasing them for months, they will give you the run around. All they want is your money and will not service after. Good luck if they were contracted via a pool company because then they will say you paid them not us and they will not help.

My experience was different. They were great. However, it is likely our expectations were different. As they were the manufacturer of my Pool Chlorinator/Solar controller & not the installer I did not expect them to make house calls. I rang them, packaged my device & posted it to them. They repaired it, sent it back. I put it back in the pool shed. It worked great. I've had my unit since 2007. I followed the above process every 3-6 years to replace my salt cell. As it is a consumable component.
