My company name suggests, I would more than likely spend a substantial amount of money a month on the automobile industry. On Sunday the 21st of April I went to purchase the item listed above, after asking for it to be put aside for me on Friday. Well I was there I asked for a trade price, this was denied but I was given a 2.85% discount this was $10.00 of $350.00 item, big deal. If Repco up the road had one in stock I would have got 20% just for having a RACQ card. I was discussed by the service and the manner in which I was spoken and questioned by the service counter attendant. I would have expected better from such an organisation. The Manger brought some paperwork out as I was finishing of my purchase, so for future items I might receive trade price. She stood there and said nothing while I was saying there are plenty of other automotive place around that would be happy to have my business, so I would not require there paperwork. I was forced by this program to give a star rating.
