You'll find it easy to relax and unwind in our vibrant, comfortable, air conditioned yoga lifestyle studio. We have heaps of signature classes to suit everyone from beginners to advanced practitioners, plus we regularly run retreats, workshops, cooking classes, seminars, festivals and meditation courses. We also have a beautiful shop showcasing locally made products, or buy a yoga & meditation voucher for a friend.

With over 40 sessions a week covering all aspects of the yoga lifestyle, from asanas, wellness workshops and meditations to live kirtan, art, dance and wisdom, there is something to help you take the next step on your yoga journey.
