Description
The College offers classes in Cronulla, Caringbah, Miranda, Gymea, Sutherland, Menai, Canterbury and Rockdale (NSW, Australia). Tai chi and qi gong are taught in order to improve health and facilitate self-defense. The college teaches beginner through advanced tai chi, both slow and fast forms, in wu style. Martial arts including sword, broadsword and pushing hands are taught to advanced students. Instruction also available in Grandmaster Lis Step Back Qi Gong, one of the 21 forms of Qi Gong officially recognized by the Chinese government. The Li family has trained directly with members of the Wu family. Sam Li has over 35 years experience and his father Grandmaster Li over 65 years.

Purpose of the College The purpose of the college is primarily to teach and encourage the practice of tai chi and qi gong, for the promotion of health and happiness. Direction of the college The Australian College of Tai Chi and Qi Gong will remain long-term as a not-for-profit association, with a non-competitive nature. The college will continue to provide qualified, high-level instruction for Wu style tai chi and qi gong. Mutual respect will continue to be essential among members of the college. This applies to the various relationships among students, instructors and the college principals.
