Australia Post Wallan LPO

The wallan post office is without a doubt by far the worst post office there is, you could go as far as saying the worst store there is! The staff are pathetic and the owners are just plain snobs not to mention the wog lady that thinks she can withhold your parcels from you simply because she feels like it. I know that if you get a sorry we missed you slip you must provide id for pick up but when you receive an email from auspost stating your item is awaiting pick up I'm sure that's more than enough proof specially when the email has the tracking number and your details on it but no that's not good enough for that power tripper. I honestly dread going in there to wait in a line of three people that seems like 50 and all just to hear a new reason on why I can't pick up my parcel. Hopefully soon someone takes action and re staffs that place with normal people. Completely over the place!!

The Asian couple that runs the post office are actually the rudiest most incompetent and probably the most hated and dispised people in town. I don't know anyone who has anything nice to say about them because the way they handle themselves and there customers is beyond a joke. Sticking there noses into other people's business and lives that they have absolutely no right to asking inappropriate questions about your personal life, comments on your personal appearance when it's invalid and unworrented, and don't even get me started on trying to get a passport processed your better off going go the passport office because you'll get nothing but grief form the woman.
