Very, very poor service for parcel delivery, in fact no service at all!!!!! I have at least three times filled in a form to leave parcels at front door of my unit. I was home today BUT notice was still put in PO Box as courier too lazy to cross the courtyard, so I have to collect it personally at great inconvenience - not an easy task for an 80 year old. This is not service and could account for why Aust Post is in the red. I will supply details WHEN I collect parcel from post office.
