Natalie the lady who usually works in the Salamander Bay post office is absolutely exceptional. Since the day we moved here she has been unfailingly cheerful, courteous, helpful and very efficient. Unfortunately some of the other relieving staff are not as good, but overall I feel that the service that our post office provides is very good. I must say that I was surprised at the previous post, as that is far from my experience.

Awful service. Why have opening hours on a Saturday then go on a break and tell those waiting it's not technically a work day? Then hand over the WRONG parcel. Then tell me my parcel isn't there when I have tracking and a note telling me it is. Absolutely terrible customer service. Maybe you're in the wrong job.
