Disgusting wait on the queue for the phone. I hung up after 45 mins. This is not acceptable in any way. I want to complain about the Australia Post delivery service in my area - Kellyville, 8 Gould Ave, Kellyville. I run a small home business from a two storey house. When your couriers arrive they ring the bell. If I am upstairs they do not even allow me time to get from upstairs in my home to the ground floor, which would take under a minute before driving away. this is truly not acceptable as I now have to take time out of my busy day to pick up a parcel. This is a very poor service for any customer. This has happened on numerous occasions and to my neighbours as well. This needs to be addressed asap.
