On Nigax Onninax, 11 years ago

I have just witnessed yet again staff abusing customers in this post office . Today I truly had to speak to the staff after they yelled at an elderly lady with sight impairment who handed over 20cents too much for her postage . They verbally abused the lady and belittled her attempt to pay with coins . The staff are arrogant and so unhelpful . Seriously I avoid going to this outlet , its staff have an attitude that says " its not my job " . DISGUSTED !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
