They have lost 3 parcels of mine, and sent a parcel back despite a large red sticker regarding the redirection. They offered no support and did not admit there mistake. They also leave private and confidential marked parcels inside there store area where anybody could pick them up and leave with them. They are rude and unprofessional.

They never answer the phone,then when they finally do you can't understand them,the bits u do understand there the most rudest ive come across.the lady actually hung up on me while I was trying to communicate thru her broken English.!!!! You expect to be treated nice and civil how bout you pull your heads in and do an English course and customer service..discrace...
