Asian lady very rude

Australia Post Richmond NSW like to take the money for delivery of an eParcel but only leave unable to deliver cards at residence when unattended. They accept the delivery cost and then ignore clear instructions typed on the parcel. This parcel had 'AUTHORITY TO LEAVE IF UNATTENDED' and 'LEAVE BEHIND LARGE POT ON FRONT PATIO' but NO! it was easier for them to leave a card and have me waste time to collect the parcel after paying for delivery. Yesterday I found a Australia Post item undelivered card near my door and had to walk into town to collect it. When I arrived it was still out on the road and I was told to come back. Today I walked into town again to collect the parcel. Then when I complain while picking up I get abused by some short blonde mama stating the collectors must obtain a signature. The Austrlia Post label used on the package states Authority to leave but does not say anything about obtaining a signature. When I try to call the shop the contact phone number posted all over the web is a fax line. Give me a break..
