Letter returned marked "insufficient Address" on the 10/11, arrived back to our company on the 21/11. Sent from SE QLD to SE QLD, This letter was an invoice which had previously been delivered every month since May (6 months). This a one of the main reasons the Post Office is closing down and losing business. Online is more reliable, cheaper and evidence of letters sent are there (previous experience) No business will miss this service.

Charging for lost property recovery, no knowledge on tracing mail bags to recover this item accidentally dropped into a post box. Lost wallet and nobody gives a damn or wants to help a young mum recover this

LETTER WITHOUT A STAMP

Hi, I just want to praise the Northgate Mail Centre with there efforts to deliver a letter to my address. The letter delivered was from an elderly couple who forgot to pop a stamp on it. Just to go that extra step gives me assurance that the human race does indeed have some nice people in it.
