Australia Post Lane Cove Post Shop

Lane Cove postal service has been informed that 2a Phoenix Street is the rebadging of 46 Longueville Road but they persist in delivering the mail for 2a Phoenix Street to 2 Phoenix Street. What is their problem?

Seriously disgraceful. The staff themselves are nice and seem to try hard but the service is terrible. This morning I went to pick up a parcel. The shop was full af approximately 50 people standing and waiting. There was no indication about what line to go on. Two people were on the counter and one person would disappear for a very long time to bring out parcels. Some people waited and after 30 minutes were told their parcel wasn't there yet. This was my second attempt to pick up my parcel - first was Monday afternoon - and my parcel wasn't there. Now I had to leave as I couldn't wait for the over 30 minutes. An elderly lady on walking stick was waiting - standing for what looked like would be at least 30 minutes but possibly much more. I feel sorry for the three staff. Perhaps extra people are now needed to handle parcels through the rear window. The worst service I have seen for a long time.

Have just had the most delightfull and helpfull experience at Lane Cove Post Office. Durring the busy lunch time, an interstate friend was enquiring about a sale item in their current cataloge. Unfortunatly they were unable to assist with this item, but contacted other branches near the area and were able to locate the item at two of them. My friend will be going home in acouple of days, so we opted to go and purchase the items at the other outlet, otherwise they were very happy to get it in for us. EXCELLENT customer service.
