Australia Post Kalamunda Post Shop

I received a "You have a Parcel" notice dropped off by the courier at my home. The name on the card is not my name and is not known at this address. I tried to find a number to contact Kalamunda Post Office directly, but W/pages did not have one. The only one they could provide was the generic Australia wide 13 1318. This number only provided the address which I had already, and I got charged for the call! Yellow Pages gives direct lines for all the other local PO's but not Kala. I phoned Lesmurdie PO, they had the number but were not allowed to give it to me. I was told that I could drive there, but I would rather save the time and expense if the parcel note was in fact a mistake. I really find this very frustrating and not conducive to Aust Post growing one's business. I would not like to be an elderly person without a car and having to pay for a bus or a taxi only to find that the note was in fact delivered in error! Come on Australia Post please make life a bit easier for your local clients who would like to do business with you.
