Australia Post Gosford Post Shop

I had an email advising me that a delivery would be on Thursday 26/02/15. Did not arrive. I had an email that a parcel delivery would be made on Thursday 26 Feb. This did not arrive. This morning I awoke at 6am and was in my lounge room for most of the time. I did not go outside at all. When I opened my front door at around 8.45am there was a delivery note attached to my screen door left by Australia Post saying I could collect the item from Gosford Post Shop after 4.30pm today 27 Feb. Let me say that even if I had been on the toilet had the delivery person pressed my bell I would have heard it. I wish to register this as a complaint as even though this note says you are open Saturday from 9.30 to 13.00 your website says you are closed on Saturday? I now only have a half hour window to collect this item or wait until Monday?? Too bad if I had other plans.
