Australia Post Ferntree Gully LPO

Well this Post office use to have great friendly service for years. It must have recently changed hands in the last 12-24 months. I thought getting the wrong mail in my post box was just a learning experience. I thought hey give them a chance everyone has to learn something new and we all make mistakes. Now I'm over it!!! Wrong mail in post box. Failing to leave a card for parcel pick up( hey I know when it's been deliverd ever heard of parcel tracking?) Then arguing the point of no delivery. Finally after several days they looked in the draw for me. Wow that letter must have magically appeared there... Or were maybe there eyes were just painted on. I saw somebody trying to get a passport renewal done and they were told to come back tomorrow. How rude..... Then I tried to get my passport done ( months later) gee I got the same response. Now here's a cracker the stench when you walk in the place. The last time I remember that smell was when mates were trying hide an odor of something they were smoking. Guess what enough is enough I'm going to a different post office, it maybe further away but I still prefer customer focused service.
