Ordered a parcel from Melbourne 2/6/15 and today 11/6/15 still no parcel, I contacted the sender and was advised it arrived at Cooranbong PO on 4/6/15 , I was home all day on 4/6/15, no one called and no card in the letter box !!, I rang the PO today and was told the parcel has been waiting collection for a week !!
