I am writing this to complain about the WAIT TIME on the phone i have been on hold for the last 45 mins. I was trying to do the right thing by letting auz post know that they have dropped off a parcel to the wrong address

Absolute waist of time. Call the 131314 number I suggest put the kettle on and make lunch. What happened to being able to call and talk to your local post office?

I have a post office box in traralgon. I am in hospital and will be for 2 weeks. I have received emails saying i have mail. I have tried replying to the emails to let the post office know my situation, but they just bounce back. I have tried ringing the 13 13 18 number to waste much time going through a multiple choice recorded message and gotten no where. I have googled and checked numerous web sites with no success. Why is it so difficult to get the phone number for this post office, or even an email address? I have no doubt they will be sending my Christmas packages back by now, but I can not find a phone number to ring/email them and let them know what is happening.
