needed to ph my local post office - have a parcel pick up card - note that today may be the last day im able to pick it up.as I am rural I would like to ensure the parcel remains to make the journey worthwhile. I have attempted to ph my local po - no luck- the central 13 number puts me on a press 1 press 2 etc merrygoround to tell me all operators are busy- I go search for the local number again and get this- still no good - how has your improved services actually improved anything- its a sad joke - Australia post the retail outlet - sad day for our iconic services an for someone so loyal like me to be so dismayed at what you have become. incompetent .
