The staff are arrogant and treat customers like s***. I went to collect my mail that was addressed to my business. Instead of helping with what proof of ID is acceptable, they treat you like a suspect who wants to steal someone else mail. How did these people get to run an Australia Post Shop. Does not Australia Post have a service level expectation from its "Shop" owners ? If this was a restaurant or retail business they would not survive - but because we are forced to collect mail from here, we have to put up with these people.....

Staff are horrible here. A old women asked for pepar bill from me and she not accept my email bill and she told me even not acceptable of print out from my email have to be the paper bill posted directly from bank! I explained all my bill without paper work ... It's bad experiences!
