Interesting new service at Brighton North Post Office $3.90 fee to certify documents the charge dependent on the reason for certification. Was always deemed a public service and apart from that the amount for certification did not appear on the receipt obtained for my stamp purchase.

131318 is an utter wast of time ...i am furious that i cant speak to a person at my post office to see if my parcel has arrived . particularly as i have just been there to be told that there is no parcel!. the supplier who sent the parcel says it is sitting there waiting for collection.... this is no way to run a business... I'm absolutely livid... I have have had a PO at this lovely PO for 20 years... centralized numbers just don't work and drive people away no wonder Aust post is loosing money

Poor service by one particular staff member who always seems to have an issue with everything like pick up of parcels that she can't locate, size of barcodes that she thinks she can't scan but actually is able to. Always very sour and rude everytime I've been served by her.
