Have been punishing myself with these rude, bureaucratic, non starters at Bracken Ridge Post 4017 Office for years, most of the trouble Australia Post has is with its customer interface, Australia Post should act on ratings for its public face even if they are franchises, . These people at BR PO obviously hate their job and are pathetic in the area of public relations and customer service. I will never give you the oxygen of trade again, there is a friendly PO at Nashville that is same distance, don't know why I have punished myself for so long.
Nothing has changed rudest people I have ever meet in a SERVICE business. Condescending to all customers from young adults to the elderly. This is a place to avoid unless you have no alternative transport to the nearest two post offices. Never had a good experience here

I have never had a nice experience in this post office. The older woman is atrocious and there is a younger girl with dark hair who is worse. She is very unfriendly and rude and was very patronising to my 70 year old mother . There is no need for this kind of attitude. Australia Post should review their franchises because this shop gives them a bad name.
