We posted a parcel on the 11/08/14 no 600007675208092 which was addressed to PO Box 185 Strathalbyn SA 5255. The customer informs me that it is at Berri post office and has been since 2/9/14. Today is the 24th so get them to redirect this parcel to the rightful address please. Your service is appalling.
