Terrible phone service...First hold time 15min...trying a second time & so far wait time is 5min. The reason I'm having to call in the first place is due to AUS Post making an error with my re-directed mail. I'm not getting any mail at all!!!!!

Very disappointed at the phone service. I have tried 4 times to reach the office waiting on a mobile phone for more than 30 minutes without speaking to anyone. I am still trying to get through now and have tried a couple more times waiting for long periods of time again on a mobile phone. My enquiry is important and a parcel could be disregarded if l don't speak to someone. So answer the damn phones
