PENDING MODERATION
We purchaed a roll form machine. Trusted John but i have been fed full of lies broken promises.
We paid the product in full 6 + weeks ago and the unit was to be fully nstalled 5 weeks ago
having now done most the freight from NSW tro Perth ourseves we are told today thatthe drop decks are still 2 weeks to be painted.
WHat we have got we ahve had t remody and fix as nothing John sad he would do was done.
While all this is going on the owner John is in USA having a holiday hiding.
I have been in business for 30 years not and this is my worst experience. and my first ever online review Prob because i trusted John > he seems to be trustworthy, but he is not

Your not the only one - John seems to enjoy a lot of overseas holidays whilst we sit back and wait for a phone call so they can do as their web site promises - "installation and follow up - our total package guarantees high quality installation and on-going support" - absolute bullshit!!!! no support for a faulty machine since we picked it up from their location.
