Austin Road Bottle Shop, Seaford, VIC

Just been physcially assulted by employee after I popped in at 3.00pm to enquire what time the manager would be in. Was told he's in at 5.00pm. I was previously told on Monday that Manager is in on Wednesdays from5pm.. It was 5.25pm. today Wednesday. I have a cc transaction not possible to have occured on 13/2/26 as I was not in the area from 7.30am till 10.00pm. Yes, I've lodged a dispute with my bank. Just a warning to all people of Seaford, they seem to keep cc details on file and use randomly hoping customers do not notice. Just a heads up ppl. I have taken photos of the employee and have sent them to police. I have severe bruising on my arms and WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN. Thankfully a random stranger intervened to save me from any injury.
