My experience as a former customer of this company has been nothing short of horrific. I was invoiced for an exorbitant amount without receiving any prior written or verbal quote for the alleged required works. These works were performed without my consent, and they went ahead and shipped my machine back without providing a quote. Such behavior is illegal, but it seems to hold no significance to them as they believe they can act with impunity or refuse future services if you don't comply with their extortion. I sent an email seeking an explanation and a fair resolution, but unfortunately, I have not received any response. Now I am left with their equipment and no tech support, which is crucial for my business since I have relocated to a new area. I strongly advise extreme caution when considering doing business with this company. Their lack of transparency and unethical practices may lead you into a similar predicament. I urge you to be careful, and I cannot recommend their services.
