Aussie Floor Kings did an incredible job on our tallow wood floors. Knowing the condition the floors were in before they started the job, I didn’t think it was possible for the floors to look as good as they now do. James from Aussie Floor Kings was honestly one of the most accommodating and trustworthy tradies we’ve worked with, and we’ll definitely get him back when we renovate the rest of our house. Rather than just focus on only the floors, James really cared about our whole project. For example, when we had water damage to part of our house due to a severe storm, he and his team were on site the next day and called me to let me know of the damage and suggest some plans of action my partner and I could take. He was able to work with me on pushing back his job timing to allow some investigation before progressing with the floors. It took a lot of the stress away to have his flexibility to work with us. I couldn’t always be on site due to personal circumstances (which isn’t ideal during a reno), so he took the time to send photos to me through the works at each stage and explain what was happening. James had innovative solutions to some of our requests for style of finish, and we honestly couldn’t be happier with the result. The floors are beautiful. We both highly recommend James from Aussie Floors on trust, customer service and communication and importantly a fantastic finish provided to our 100+ year old tallow wood floors. Amelia and Andy
