Hi, I think the add on your website about GLT-1 patches is misleading. GLP-1 medication is a very good medication if it is used as per indication but it should not be advertised with telling clients to go shopping in Costco which sells large serves of food and people incline to overeat. Food intake needs to be reduced when people are on GLP-1 and a healthy, balanced diet needs to be adopted. Weight loss always follows if calorie intake is reduced and exercise is encouraged. There are some side-effects from being on GLP-1 which will be overcome with good medical and dietetic counselling.
