We travelled with China Southern in July on a business trip to USA via Vancouver. Clive organised the tickets for us flying premium economy. The plane was changed and premium economy was no longer available on the longest part of the journey. China Southern were not in the least bit helpful and offered no compensation for the additional cost of the tickets. As we were already booked on other flights internally and had accommodation sorted we continued our trip as planned. This week Clive presented us with a cheque from China Southern in compensation. He has been like a dog with a bone until they finally relented. Clive - you are a champion. Thank you so much.
