ATOM Kewdale

I visited Atom Kewdale today to pick up some items for my husband and there encountered the most unhelpful salesperson (Sarabjeet Singh) I have ever come across. I quite obviously knew nothing about engineering, but had a product code for one of the items and was told "yes they are in aisle 1" and that I should find the other items along there also. Finally found one of the items I needed, but couldn't find the others anywhere. When I went back to the counter, the salesperson (!) said oh did you get those washers and nuts (I had previously told him what I was there to collect) I then said no I couldn't find them and I don't have all day to look. He made no attempt to help me find them and was completely disinterested, so I left with only one of the items I had originally gone there for, feeling really annoyed with the lack of help received.
