Our sports focussed naturopathy clinic offers holistic medicine, and embraces both conventional medicine practices such as pathology testing, functional testing, and traditional medicine practices using nutrition, herbal medicine and targeted supplementation.

Sports focussed naturopathy takes into consideration an athlete’s desire to train and perform without taking unnecessary breaks from exercise. Sports nutrition and naturopathy also appreciates the physical demands and nutrient requirements of an athlete that may differ slightly from the general population.

We achieve patient outcomes using a food-first approach, natural plant-based medicines, and high-quality supplements that are Therapeutic Goods Act (TGA) approved.

Our sports focussed naturopathy clinic supports recreational and elite athletes competing all around the world under ASADA and WADA guidelines across many sporting codes and provides guidance on batch tested supplements and natural medicines. We believe in using a targeted approach to facilitate better health and sports performance. We support netballers, AFL players, dancers, triathetes, runners, motorbike competitors, cyclists, mountain bikers, and combat fighters.
