We can get the program designed specifically for YOU, based on the personal information you provide. We will determine based on our initial assessment what also is needed. -I address not just your goals, but your current “needs state” and abilities with a program designed to take you to the next level of training, physical stamina, and body symmetry. My program keeps you directly in line with your goals while removing the guess work attached to doing it yourself or following generic training protocols, such as those seeing in gyms. -Most people go to the gym for months if not years, and look the same. They either reach a plateau, or their bodies altogether stops responding to dieting or to training! -My personal training/Coaching will uncover any dysfunctions if any.
