I have been wearing ugg boots for years and two years ago I decided to buy from Artemis Fur. I have a feeling what I bought were not actually manufactured by them, as they have a different sole to most I've seen (plastic/hard rubber looking) which I thought looked more durable... yeh well they're not. Split and cracked. Label reads Aussieland UGG, but I guess these can be stitched on anything... and no Aussieland UGG website anywhere, surprise.

My family and I have been wearing Artemis ugg boots for about 30 years and they are warm, comfortable and very well made. My daughter, who lives in Melbourne now, asked me to buy these ugg boots for her and the children and take them over on one of our trips. The ones she bought in Melbourne came apart after 12 months. I would like to know what labeling your boots had if any. I too have bought from this shop for decades but at the junction market, now closed as we found out today. The moccies and boots had no labeling at all in the past but now they put ugg on everything and charge alot for a label. I just want boots made here.
