Food Court Bibimbap Arirang opened their first food court outlet in Raine Square, Perth in 2013 with the aim of providing quality Korean cuisine to Australian shoppers in a modern, affordable and relaxed fashion. Our food court outlets are focused on serving our signature dish “Bibimbap” known worldwide for its hearty flavour and nutritional value. What is Arirang? So what does Arirang stand for in Korean? Arirang is actually the name of the national folk song of Korea, like “Waltzing Matilda” for Australians. So important and ingrained in the Korean identity is this national folk song that each distinct region in Korea has its own version. Often performed at ceremonies this “national anthem” for the people often evokes such emotions in Koreans that one or two have been known to tear up when it's played.
