So utterly disgusted by this extremely dishonest company. They quoted me $10500 for 4 implants and whitening my smoke stained teeth (I gave up smoking 2 years ago) and replacing my existing fillings with new white ones. I was VERY CLEAR that I needed a quote that included everything from start finish. I However, once they had re moved my teeth they said they were now going to do stage 2. I had some funding from My Aged Care and was totally unaware they sent them a new invoice for $15000 (!!!) on top of the $10500 I had already paid. Then came the fitting of the teeth which they again invoice my My Aged Care support worker who was, and as I was, extremely upset as to how much this was adding up to. The original quote included every detail of the services to be provided from start to finish making their quote the cheapest of all the dentists I'd had quotes from but somehow got away with charging more and more, so much so that their final charges were over $10000 + more that the 6 quotes I'd had. I FINALLY got my 4 implants fitted with new teeth but the pain was unbearable as if they had put a tooth into a space that was too small for the tooth! 5 days later that tooth fell out but into the sink so when I finally got an appointment in the new year (they closed over Christmas) they said they would fix it but for an extra $1500 out of my pocket!! It's been over a year now that I have had to stop smiling for embarrassment as it was one of my front teeth! I have tried contacting them and left message after message to call me back but noone does!! I will now take legal action! So, when Daniel keeps holding your hand saying "don't worry about anything, I'll look after you" (said at least a dozen and more times!!!!) and that "all your other implants that you pay for yourself will only cost $1500" do not believe him!!! Shoddy work with over inflated charges and lie after lie have truly been depressing! YOU SHOULD FEEL ASHAMED!!!
