Since then it has developed into a highly respected materials handling company with a strong emphasis on quality and reliability in the equipment that it manufactures. With over 48 years' combined experience between our design and manufacturing teams in producing cost efficient materials handling equipment, Appcon Engineering is the right choice for your equipment handling requirements. The company currently employs approximately 11 staff including draftsman, designers, boilermakers, toolmakers, fitters, site installers and administration staff - all of whom have a strong commitment to quality and a strong desire to develop quality equipment. With products currently in all states and territories within Australia, our backup support is excellent and, with most major components kept in stock, we can supply additional or replacement parts should the need arise. We currently have alliances with suppliers in most Australian states and territories and internationally in America, England, China, Germany, Holland and Finland. Our company policy is one of continually improving and incorporating the latest technology into our existing products. We continually monitor the growing needs of companies to handle their stock and equipment in an economical and safe manner. We have no need to monitor our competitors as our position in the industry is such that our competitors attempt to keep up with us. Our manufacturing facility in Somerton Victoria is equipped with all the required technology to research and develop new products for the market's requirements.
