Apollo Cafe (est 2017) is nestled within the brick walls of the The Mighty Apollo building, (est 1926) home to the Mighty Apollo Gym operated by Paul Anderson from 1956 - 1992. Anderson was famous for public acts of strength & is credited for introducing Martial Arts to Australian society. Apollo Cafe offers a modern Australian all day menu and Friday night dinners that highlight the chef's diversity and multicultural backgrounds. Five Senses provide the delicious coffee beans, for coffee & delicious Espresso Martini's on a Friday night.
