Description
Andrew is a highly skilled counsellor with extensive experience in helping people get their lives back on track. He has a Masters degree in Counselling and is professionally accredited through the peak counselling body PACFA. Andrew works with individuals and couples and draws on years of experience to make clients feel safe, heard and valued. Andrew listens empathically while he tries to understand and feel what its like to walk in his client’s shoes. He believes in adapting his approach to the uniqueness of the client using evidence-based therapy such as ACT, which helps to create more psychological flexibility; CBT which helps a person overcome mental obstacles to healing, and EFT which allows a person to safely resolve emotional pain.

I offer you my experience, expertise and support to help you overcome the challenges that you’re going through. Many people see me for relationship difficulties, anger management, communication issues, emotional instability, depression and anxiety and more broadly, for finding life direction again.
I specialise in Mens Counselling and Couples Counselling, and always find a lot of cross over issues with both. If you have a little hope and a willingness to open up, I’ll help you find a path through your current troubles whether as an individual, or as a couple.
Whilst I have a busy counselling practice in Port Macquarie, I make every effort to see you within a week of your enquiry. If you, or your relationship is in in crisis, I may be able to see you at very short notice. Please contact me and we’ll find a way.
