I use Andrews Airport Parking at least once a month, and the service is exeptional. Cheap, secure parking is just what i need and they even drop and pick me up from the airport! The staff are friendly and make you feel welcome the moment you drive in the gate!

Terrible service provider. Staff are dreadful and in desperate need of an attitude adjustment. I parked my car for 5 days and elected to have an inside and outside clean. The car had not been touch inside the vehicle. Upon collection of my car I made it clear to management that it was not satisfactory. They inspected the vehicle, made all excuses under the sun and promised they would call me with a soulition once it had been review by higher management. I never heard anything back. I spent the next 2 months calling them and being told a amnager would call me back, which they never did. I paid top dollar for services that were not performed. Never again. Use Jetport Parking or Melbourne Airport Short/Long Term unless you like to watch your money burn. Good Old Fashion Service is a slogan this business does not deserve to use. Andrews Airport Parking Melbourne - FAIL!!!
