We have the best and qualified land surveyors, and we can schedule 2-3 survey parties every day. Because of our prompt service, your project won't be delayed. A plan outlining the neighbourhood character and current conditions of the general region surrounding the land is required by Council before the Town Planning & Subdivision process can begin.

For our customers, we will create that plan. To discover all pertinent features and levels, we will employ a variety of sources, including reconnaissance of the site and its surrounding structures.

The plan can be oriented to the Map Grid of Australia Datum and levelled to the Australian Height Datum with the help of a GNSS survey utilising precise GPS equipment.

To make sure we have all the data needed for any application submitted, we coordinate with councils. Units, apartments, vacant land, and commercial and industrial sites will all receive distinct titles as a result of the subdivision process, allowing for the sale of the new titles.

All subdivisions must be produced by a Licensed Land Surveyor and must adhere to the guidelines of the local planning schemes.
